The reason I’m so excited to launch this website is because I feel like this is a milestone first step towards achieving my mission.

I’m passionate about letting women in STEM careers all over the world know that they DO have the ability within themselves to achieve their goals and HOW to do it.
Not just career goals. Not just home goals. ALL of them!
What women want
People mistakenly think that women leave their STEM careers to raise families. Studies show that the majority leave because they feel discouraged by their low chances of advancement.
If you’re a woman working in Science, Tech, Engineering or Maths - you probably know what I mean by this! I spent 8 years working in engineering and saw so many brilliant women come and go. You can read more my story here.
I know from experience that with a bit of guidance, ANY woman can take control of their own careers and set themselves free from the challenges holding them back.
Be balanced
Achieving gender balance in these fields doesn’t just benefit women! There’s been a whole host of research that shows that it improves team engagement, increases company revenue and helps teams understand a wider group of clients and markets.
